Mom to 2 beautiful little ones and wife to a wonderful man. I have been up and down with my weight for quite some time. I was 373lbs and lost 123lbs putting me at 250lbs then I became pregnant with my first and all will power went flying out the window. I then gained 75lbs. I was then at 325lbs and lost 90lbs getting down to 235lbs and became pregnant with my second baby and the same thing happened again...I gained 63lbs putting me at 298lbs. I had my baby February 4th and I'm hoping to lose what I gained and be below my prepregnancy weight by CHRISTmas 2011. The goal I am most looking forward to achieving is being below 200lbs! My over all goal I currently have set at 173...that will mean I have lost a total of 200lbs.....I have NEVER been small so I'm not sure what my ultimate goal really will be but for now 173 is it! I plan on hitting my goal of being under 200 by my sons 3rd birthday May 1st 2012...I'm hoping sooner than that though! :o) Thanks for checking out my page! Have a blessed day!!!!

Update as of November 2013...what you read above is what I wrote when I signed up with Spark in February of 2011 so let me add to that. I achieved all the goals that I set for myself and now I am working on new ones. I not only lost the 200lbs I set out to do I surpassed it and am now down to 157lbs. I have decided to keep pushing forward with weightloss a little bit longer before maintaining. My goal as far as weight is to lose a total of 220lbs putting me at 153(want to be under 25% body fat a healthy range for my age is 18-30% so I'm thinking 24% is the magic number). I'm not really setting a time frame for this but it would be awesome to ring in 2014 at my maintenance weight. For now I'm more focused on getting stronger and more fit every day and just being healthy and super active! I have some races I ran this year one of which was a mud run that had over 20 obstacles in it...called "The Conquest" it was very exciting and lots of fun and tough I did it twice that day. I have ran some other races this year which I love doing but I'm not just into running...I like changing things up all the time to keep me from getting bored. I super love cardio/st circuits because its different all the time and ZUMBA ZUMBA ZUMBA with toning my top favorite workout! But now I'm rambling so THANK YOU for visiting my page! May 2009-325 lbs gave birth to my amazing baby boy and gained a lot thru that pregnancy
May 2010-235lbs (lost what I gained plus some)
Feb 2011-300lbs gave birth to my princess and gained too much again in this pregnancy
I signed up for SP for the added support on my journey this time around! never looking back!
Jan 2012- 230lbs lowest ever for me and I'm stoked to keep losing

My Goals:
Be under 235 by January 1st 2012(that is the smallest I have ever been!) -DID IT!

To be under 200lbs by my sons 3rd birthday May 2012!!! -DID IT 4/27/12 199.5

Run a 5k in 2012 -DID IT! Ran my first race Aug 11th 2012 36min9sec

To have lost a total of 200lbs by 2013! -DID IT!!!! October 22nd 2012 weigh in 172lbs

Run The Conquest Mud run -done June 20th 2013


To get to maintenance weight of 153lbs/less than 25% body fat!

My Program:
I count my calories...but not all calories are created equal so I eat more healthy ones than not I try to follow the 80/20 rule of 80% of the time healthy calories and the other 20% splurges!
I LOVE being I wasn't always this way but I am now!
I don't have hours a week to workout so I stay active with my kids running, playing, bike riding, etc and my workouts are usually intense since I dont have lots of time for them. I love cardio/st circuits I do HIIT cardio to burn as many calories as possible in not a lot of time! BTW do not skip ST I use to be a cardio junkie but boy am I glad I decided to get into ST boy it changes your body!!!
