About me: I'm awesome. That's about all that matters. I love myself, I laugh all the time and I am a jokester. I make spoof-songs and dance around like I'm having a seizure to great songs on the radio. In my car. LOL

But I do have to get serious a minute here. SparkPeople saved my life. Literally. I was 255.7 lbs the day I first joined SparkPeople back in 2006.

Fitness Minutes: 22,088

My Goals:
-Move EVERY day!!!
-Make GOOD food choices; spend my food calorie budget well so I get the most bang for my buck.
-Fast Food once every two weeks TOPS
-Cook at home more
-Take my joint supplements so I don't hurt instead of smelling like an Icy Hot factory 99% of the time.

My Program:
I have finished ChaLean Extreme, Insanity and Slim in 6 - and then I got pregnant.

Our daughter Eva was born 30 Jan, and I began excercising 15 Feb. I started with just the TJ Fat Blaster workout. Then Monday, 20 Feb, I began the ChaLean Extreme program (and am adding in TJ Fat Blaster on the MWF lifting days.) I hope to lose be at my pp weight by the end of May (167).

By my wedding, 4 Aug, I hope to be at 160. Or so. I am measuring inches, clothing sizes and weight loss (lbs) so that I can always see improvement in various ways.

Personal Information:

I have one brother.
I used to weight over 250lbs.
I love to lift, I hate hate hate hate cardio. (or I used to...)
I can NEVER have too many friends.
I refuse to give up alcohol or chocolate. Ever. And you CAN look hot and still have both...just not all the time in large quantities.
I am a smart-aleck. And I like me that way.
In 2008 I shaved my head to raise $ for St. Jude's hospital.
I am going to be the sexiest I have EVER been and I am going to succeed and never, EVER again let myself go.
I am worth it.
