I'm here to lose the 10 pounds I've recently gained from wedding planning stress, not getting enough sleep, being too tired, and from the honeymoon! Time to give up those bad eating habits... and time to move on to healthy, nutritious eating and great workouts!

I love to work out! I enjoy running, dancing, pilates, and lifting weights. This year I'm starting up P90X and can't wait to try it out. I'm all about consistency and have been good the past year with keeping up with my workouts. Unfortunately I had a couple of small setbacks, one from surgery, and one from being sick with a nagging cough, but I get right back on it!

I love to eat healthy because when doing so, I feel great! Eating lots of fresh, unprocessed foods gives me so much energy and keeps me in better shape. Like any other person, I just get tempted when tasty treats are right in front of me! My goal is to resist those temptations more than I have in the past few months :)

My Goals:
*Eat more fresh, unprocessed foods. Cut out more packaged, canned, prepared foods.

*Work out 5-6 days per week for about an hour. This year, go through the P90X program.

*Get more sleep, take better care of self, and manage stress better.

My Program:
*Track meals and snacks, as well as drinks and anything else with calories. Make sure to stay in healthy ranges.

*Mark workout days on calendar to make sure keeping up with 5-6 days per week goal.

*Stay positive and get plenty of rest and fun time as well!
