    I am seeking written permission to do a video blog honoring your web site & the Spark Diet. I am doing this mainly for my team, Can't do this on my own. I am a leader one of the leaders of this team. I already did one video blog, and stated that this video was going to outline the steps of the Spark Diet. I left a link to the Spark Diet in the space provided within the blog format. I posted this video August 17th, 2011. I DO NOT WANT TO VIOLATE ANY COPY LAWS. Nor do any thing wrong in any way. I admit, I do not know how to go about doing a blog on the Spark Diet, as far as the law is concerned and I am seeking your guidance. This is the first video blog I have ever done in my entire life. My wish is only to help my team lose weight. I love the spark Diet, and only wish to teach my team how to do it through a video format. Please send me an email stating exactly what the law requires of me, and what you require of me to do this, which is using Sparkpeople's web site to do a video blog about the Spark Diet.     The Spark classes are coming along well. We are still getting new people from time to time so I altered my methods a little bit. Instead of doing hours and hours of research each week before each class, we get together and discuss progress, plans, goals, and how to use the site. We have all taken our beginning measurements and pictures. I have also added in 10 minutes of fitness at the end of each class, usually a Coach Nicole video on line or from one of the DVD's. I'm pretty happy with the progress :)

    Just wanted to stop by and say thanks for reading my blog, for the comments and for the friend add!! It is all much appreciated. I sitll feel like a stunned beast with how well my appt went yesterday with my diabetes doc after just 3 little months here on SP and 7 weeks on the diabetes challenge. I am excited to get started helping my diabetes educator get things together for the SP seminar 'cause I just wanna shout it from the rooftops about how well all of this has been working for me!!
