I am a 33 year old mom of 2 kids. Working on the third with my wonderful second half.
I had a tubal reversal in May 09 and been trying to get pregnant ever since. It's not as easy as it use to be.

I work at a local Bowling center which I love alot, but find that my weight tends to slow me down when it comes to repairing the equipment.

I also feel that my weight might have been a reason for a miscarriage that I suffered Dec 24th 2010. We are reaching our 3rd year of trying to get pregnant and it looks as if the doctors feel we have unexplained infertility. So now I need to lose weight and see if that explains it for me.

Fitness Minutes: 4,131

My Goals:
My goal is to get from a size 24/22 pant into at least a 20. I would love to fit into an 18 but don't know if that's possible. I do not have the right body build for any smaller.

My Program:
Right now my workouts are my wonderful Wii. Wii fit, and DDR2. Zumba with Xbx and Bowling. I am waiting for the weather to get better so that I can start walking again.

Personal Information:
I am from Aurora Colorado, but now live in a little town called Moorcroft Wyoming, One of my reasons to losing the weight other than keeping the horse's from collapsing under me :) is that my boyfriend and I want to have a baby .

Other Information:
I love to read romance novels, love doing puzzles, crochet, horse back riding, and helping my kids with their 4-H prodjects. And I LOVE purple.

    What you accomplished is amazing since most of those who joined when you did gave up and quit. You loved yourself and wanted to be the best, so you WILL get to your goal.

    SHRINK YOURSELF by Roger Gould, M.D. on not regaining pounds from stress,

    AND: "The SOUTH BEACH DIET" by Arthur Agatston, M.D. on why after 40 it is difficult for us to lose with Insulin Resistance/Metabolic Syndrome. Dr. Agatston never started out to write a "diet" book, but wanted to help his patients not have heart attacks and diabetes.
