I want to get into the best shape of my life. I have worked at it for years and after many "bumps" I am ready to be healthy and reach my goals. I love working out and want to see the person I know I am. I want to help myself and help my family.

My husband and I are also trying to get pregnant and after having my MRI and diagnosing my spina-bifida I need to make sure I strengthen my back and abs to help with carrying my baby. : )

I went to see the infertility specialist today and was diagnosed with PCOS. Which just means we are going to have some extra help and will (I hope) be pregnant by the end of the year. Sad by this, but more reason to push myself and do my best with my eating and work outs.

Well after a family members death, my mom in the hospital, and having major difficulty with getting pregnant.......Here I am! lol. I am attempting to keep my positive outlook on everything. If my appt does not go well on Aug. 19 then surgery may be the next step. So still hoping.

Eating my six small meals a day and just doing at least some workout in the morning has saved me this week. I hope to keep it up, be my own best friend, and love everyday.

UPDATE......January16, 2011
I got my first positive pregnancy test on December 29th. I go in for my first ultrasound in two days!!! I think its like people always say that would make me mad. I really didnt expect Decembers appointments and medication to work. I was so afraid of getting my hopes up. Its still early but I hope it all goes well. :)

Still preggo and it is a little girl. Only about 6 weeks left and I need to get some stuff on track.

I would love to get my stomach flat and be able to wear a swimsuit and keep up with anybody.

My Program:
A little bit of everything. Just making sure I get in a workout at least 5 days a week.

    Pretty good! I'm about 50 lbs. overweight so I definitely need to modify the workouts but so far I feel really great. Yesterday I was pretty sore, but today not so much. I'm contemplating on whether or not to buy Shakeology...

    I'm with you, i'm all menstrual and totally was not up for a workout this morning, but i did it!
    Last night a made a background for my page of my thinspiration *laughs* It's a work in progress, but it's mostly finished.
    I think I'm gonna take a progress picture at 15 days.
    On the 20th, my FH and I are going to get some engagement photos done :) I hope my arms are a little more toned by then *laughs*

    emoticon on getting through your day 4, by the way! We'll be shredded in no time! :)
