    Hey! About lunch, I haven't figured out the cookbook yet, so I don't post over there. One place I get a lot of recipes from is www.recipezaar.com

    To cook lentils: rinse and dump in pan with plenty of water (1/4 cup of lentils takes 2 cups of water). Simmer on medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain.
    I added a drizzle of olive oil to help them be moist, half a can of starkist tuna, shook on some garlic powder and onion powder, and some red curry powder. They were still kind of dry, so next time I'll add some plain yogurt, which I've read goes well with lentils. I just didn't have any today.

    I pretty much hate to cook, so I'm always on the lookout for easy but healthy recipes. This one was a snap!
