    So if i were to consume roughly 2000 calories a day which is 546 less calories than my bmr and burned roughly 1000 calories a day at the gym, 800 cardio and 200 weight trainer i would lose... 2.5 lbs roughly 8500 calories down from the total bmr for the entire week if i were to go to the gym 5 days a week.

    That is not including my natural metob which i did not include at all.
    What do you think of this?
    You think i will lose weight a lot faster than my 1000 calorie a day less diet?

    Did you seriously comment your own page? lol, anyways. I didn't find that calculator on this site but I found it on another. My bmr is 2549.95 which no way I am going to each that much. I think my best bet would be going for roughly 1500, close 700 or more in the morning then split the rest up during the day.

    Idk what do you think?

    You need a deficit, but you need to calcuate your BMR. That is how much your body burns just by existing. It is probably over 1500 on it's own, possibly much more. Please read up on this, you re going to get sick. You should be able to put in an hour at the gym, eat about 1800 calories, at least and still lose weight and gain muscle. Maybe even more calories than that. You will not be able to continue what you are doing, it's too much, and your body will not respond. Seriously, di it right and you will have much better results. Check out the BMR info on spark people and set up your food tracker, to see how much you can eat.

    Well I don't want to overeat compared to the calories i burn at the gym. Supposedly you need a calorie deficit to lose weight, well if I'm only burning 800-1200 a day what am i supposed to do?
    That's why i said I'm going to try to be eating larger breakfasts and then i got my protein after the gym and then maybe something decent for dinner.
    For my weight i should probably be consuming over 2000 calories but there is no way I am ever going to do that.
