Hi, I saw that you posted that you were on the Makers Diet by Jordan Rubin. I am on his diet also. So far I am really enjoying it. How about you? Have you noticed a change in your appetite? I am still on Phase One. I haven't bought the cleansing drink or the supplements yet but I will be shortly. I am so excited that I met someone other then myself on this diet. (It's really not a diet though.. it's a new way of living)

Good luck and I look forward to talking to you soon

Hi, Yvonne! Well, here we are, another year...and closer to our goals, it is to be hoped. I'm pleased that at least I'm less than what my gynecologist wanted me last March; so as far as THAT goes, the rest is "gravy." But I still have a way to go til I get to the 'ideal". Meanwhile, I'm more fit for the trip to Cuzco and Machu Picchu next month...that's a big plus!

Don't worry about the extra kilos, you'll get rid of them again! I hope you have some new pix to post in your gallery! Seven weeks IS a long time - longest for me has been the five weeks - but I think I could happily do more in Peru, being with the family in Christ. At least the internet there isn't very expensive (cheaper than snail mail). Also, they ate mostly chicken and fish! (I also read that guinea pig is low infat, high in protein) Looking forward to seeing you on the boards! -Shel
