    Thanks for the comment on my pic. it was an amazing time training for this race....and a huge goal accomplished. I am enjoying my summer and trying to figure out my next race or some type of goal to get me as motivated as I was to complete that race!

    you can do this! just take one day at a time, one goal at a time. I have been using sparkpeople since January and it is an amazing website. just consume all the information in small doses, and it will be manageable.

    and for goodness sake....please let your husband help you with your workouts (if that is an option ??) he should be your #1 resource and biggest fan :)

    oh yeah....enjoy your baby and know that all you are doing for YOURSELF will be a good example for her and give you lots of energy to keep up!!
