    I love to dance, in general - but have not done much during Covid. No longer tap dancing - but still walk and exercise and walk my dogs. My success with weight loss finally came when I learned to manage my mind and to not eat for reasons other than hunger. I rarely snack anymore. I also only occasionally (about once a week) eat sugar and things made from flour which helped get my weight under control as well. I eat full fat salad dressings and sour cream and have cream in my coffee (but no sugar or sweetener) and do not count calories, or points or macros. I mostly eat when hungry and stop when satisfied and try not to eat as a way to deal with stress or anxiety or boredom.
