I have to say I hated quinoa when I tried it years ago but it is really good and will now be a staple. As for the recipe... I added mushrooms, extra garlic and extra spinach and although it was very good it was missing something. .. hubs added balsamic vinegar and said it was very good.

Ate within calories and balanced macros all week, plenty of exercise, drank at least 8 glasses of water each day(I usually only drink 7), and got 7-7 1/2hrs sleep each night (instead of 6 1/2-7).
