12 months, 30 lbs, 3 half-marathons, one completed round of P90X3, lots of calorie counting, and a few new dresses later, I'm finally starting to look and feel like myself again. Still have a few more pounds I want to lose but not in a major rush. For now, I'm mainly focusing on upping my protein intake and doing more weight-resistance training because ultimately I want to be fit and toned and not just "skinny fat".
