It is the G.L.A.D. challenge. Each day write down 1 thing you are grateful for, 1 thing you have learned, 1 thing you have accomplished and 1 thing that you found delight in. Do this for one month and see if you notice a difference in how you see the world and even how the world sees you. The trail is 3 miles long but is all ups and downs...and it doesnt loop so if you go all the way you gotta come all the way back...
