I sprayed olive oil on the kale (no stems just leaves). You are supposed to sprinkle with salt but I'm not supposed to eat salt. Put in 350 degree oven for 15 min. I like to leave them in longer. One plus, I have not caved into eating processed sugar treats even though everyone in my family tries to get me to eat desserts.
