I've gained four pounds and I'm going to lose them. So once again I'm doing the 1200 - 1500 calorie a day thing.
I am not sure why I gained all the weight, I was staying in my spark range for maintenance all except for a few days and working out a lot. Maybe I'm still somewhat fluctuated up today, but I guess we'll see.
For now, back to the old plan. I did this before I can do it again. I'd really like to be at 120, not 123.8!
