My body is rebelling & 3rd week running update

After week 3 I feel like I am falling apart, running has become torture. Everything aches :( not that good sore muscle ache....just that miserable my body feels like it's falling apart ache. I had a terrible time running all week, maybe it's time for new shoes. It's amazing how a new pair of shoes can fix everything, I'm sure anyone with bad feet knows exactly what I am talking about! When the feet start hurting everything gets messed up!

3rd week 8-k training program 2/11/08

Mon ~ stretching & strength training (missed due to appointments all day...argghhhhh)
Tues ~ run 2.5 miles ~ did 2.25 miles on treadmill & snowshoe 1 mile
Wed. ~ 30 minutes cross training & Strength training ~ strength training & 2 TKD classes
Thurs ~2.5 mile run ~ ran 2.5 miles
Fri. ~ 2 mile run & strength training ~ did strength training, no run
Sat. ~ rest ~ ran 2 miles on treadmill
Sun. ~ 2.5 mile run ~ no run, did 5K on snowshoes in fresh snow
(it's pretty obvious i have a hard time sticking to a schedule)
