It has been a struggle

I have been at the same weight for weeks now and I thought that was bad except for now I have gain 2 pounds. I feel that i have hit a plateau and not sure what to do to help push me through this if anyone has advice please share. Thanks.

    Are you also tracking your inches? I have noticed that sometimes the scale does not move but I am loosing inches... so long story short you can NOT just look at the numbers on the scale.

    Then I would think 1st has anything changed in my routine? If you are stressed, going through "that time" and retaining water, not eating enough or even not eating frequent enough (skipping meals), all these contribute to the number on the scale.

    Third has your routine become too routine? Maybe you need to spice up your workout, sometimes when I have been doing exactly the same thing for a really long time it is easy to get into a rut, and it is time to step it up a notch, increase the intensity, frequency, or the type of exercise

    Four... always remember that muscle weighs more that fat, if you have started weight training then you are beginning to build muscle, muscle takes up less space is heavier that fat, but it burns more fat so back to the beginning.... track your inches!

    You are doing great so far! and you have come too far to stop now!

    Are you eating enough calories? I know that sounds dingy, but when I cut my calories back too far...I didn't lose.
