I JOGGED 1.75 Miles!

I just wanted to share this with everyone. Before, I could jog 1 mile(since starting SP in January)...haven't jogged in a while...like an entire monh...then...I go back to the gym...a jog 1.75...one more lap around...and I could have jogged 2 miles...sometime next week, I will be SUCCESSFUL at achieving this goal.

I feel as great as this picture looks...(took it while in Vegas...for my wedding 2/14-2/15/2008

    Congratulations!!! I also started running and add 1/4 of a mile each week. I'm up to 3 1/2 miles and it feels great. Keep up the good work. You can do anything!!
