overall I'm feeling super great lately. I am still making healthy choices, working out daily, and logging all my food but I'm not obsessed at all (or not too much) and I am feeling in control.
portion control is still my biggest issue, mostly knowing when to stop...also drinking is causing me to really have more calories, but mostly I am doing great...
The scale will probably stay around 125 and I am probably a size 2 or 4, but that's fine.... I feel great.
