I'm done

Sunday, April 20, 2008

I've made a decision, I'm going to stop tracking my food. I've been doing it for 10 months and lately it has just been a burden. I need to trust myself that I know how to make smart choices and not count calories anymore. It is going to be tough, but I'll still weigh myself daily and it I need to I can start again. I have been considering this for awhile but feel I'm ready now!

I sometimes think that is wise. You might try tracking once a week or once a month just to see how you are "really" doing. I have been doing that lately. Usually I am at the upper end of my range and that's okay. I find it harder to get to the lower to the end of my range unless I track.

    Take care,
