I have been away for a long time. I still don't have internet, but that's okay because I have had plenty of stuff to occupy my time. I did housekeeping all winter for condos that get rented to skiers. It kept me super busy and I got down from 225 to 210! It seemed like every month I needed new pants because the old ones wouldn't stay up. Some of the condos were more like mansions if you ask me and I was running up and down stairs carrying bags of towels and sheets. At first it nearly killed me to get up the stairs, but now I can run up and down them with no problems. It also kept me from eating all day long. I had to be really prepared with my food if I wanted to eat at all, so that kept me on track as well. Now ski season is over and I have the challenge of being home more (at least for the next 2 months). I love being at home but I am realizing how often I want to turn to food because of boredom or stress or happiness or whatever. I am trying to decide what kind of exercise program I am going to do for the summer, because I really don't want to gain back all the weight! We are starting to work on our house again now that the snow is melting, so that will give me some activity, although I'm not sure it will be enough after all I did this winter! I will try and check in occasionally here when I have time. Good luck to everyone else who is on this journey!
