Help...need to get back on track!

Ugh! I am at a loss for what to do next. I am trying to watch my calories and stay in my range and succeeding so far (for 3 days), drinking more water and started exercising more regularly again (had a very very busy schedule and slid off the wagon for awhile)...I think I am being too impatient to see results, but I cant help it!!! I just want to lose a few more pounds before my college graduation on June 13!!! I know patience is a virtue, but I am lacking it right now!! emoticon

    Put all that excited energy into making sure that every day you are meeting your goals!!! And by June 15 you will be there!!

    It takes time. I set my goal to next Christmas. I might move it up again, but I have no pressing engagements. I just want to get fit and healthy. Weight is a small factor. Did you know that a small lose can make a big difference? It's not the small loss that does it. It's the healthy changes people make that cause that lose. Keep that in mind.

    Patience is indeed a virtue, and something you will need to find within yourself so you don't get discouraged waiting for results.
    It sounds like you already got yourself back on track, now you just need to keep at it and keep going! Consistency is the most important part, just keep going, no matter what!!!!
    You can do this, but you have to give yourself time for everything to work and to kick in and take effect!

    I understand the frustration that you had when you see no result , but remember it 's a battle and sooner or later we shall see the outcome that we 'd been working hard on.

    you are doing good and doing an excellent job !
    keep up the good work, I am sure within a few weeks that you gonna lose the weight, and I can guarantee that gonna be before college graduation day

    just keep doing what you are doing girl .
