Finally A Decent Recovery Run- But still not 100%

So I ran a 3 mile easy run at the gym today. The run felt really good, and then I lifted legs. However, as th, e day went on my shin again started to ache. It is such an annoying pain that shoots all the way down to the top of my foot. So I will be stretching and I guess riding the bike for a while. Oh well, I guess my yard and garden will continue to get lots of attention since so much time is not spent running anymore. The evening was good, we went to T-ball and than out to dinner. I ended the evening with a little dancing with the stars and finally I get to RELAX!!!!

    You ran a 3-mile easy run eh? easy, right! I guess you marathon runners are a special breed. I wouldn't dream of running 3 miles nor would I ever say it was easy. But, I am not a runner, and I am way overweight. I just admire you and what you are doing. Be kind to that aching shin.
