Been in a time warp! Sorry!

Hi, Haven't been on SPARKS for awhile. I missed you all!! And also I slip slided on weight and exercise. One excuse was that I sprained my ankle on May 1st. Recovering now but still aches. Would you believe I tripped on my way out the front door of my house!!!! So I haven't had a chance to try the fancy nordic poles yet. Also, the bikes are out and ready to be ridden. So I need to get moving!! Work has been crazy! Just surviving day to day! The weather is supposed to get better so I am going to challenge myself this week to eat better, log food, and to exercise at least three days for 1/2 hour each. Will I do it? Stay tuned!     We are getting our mountain bikes redone with touring handle bars and of course the brake lines have to be redone. We are getting new tires put on and thought about the BIG seat for comfort, but we will wait on that one and see. We get our bicycles done in about 2 weeks. We are excited. We are planning on riding a lot this summer. I'll post a photo on my blog of the before bikes and after bikes.
