Day #1- Not too bad!

I am not going to focus on what's wrong- I am going to focus on what is right!
My calories for yesterday were 1601. Higher than they should be, but a LOT less than I've been eating! I also drank about 12 cups of water! More than likely, that was due to the humidity and mugginess we had yesterday, but if that's what it takes, good for me!
I tracked all my food, and this morning, I weighed myself. I'll be updating my weight loss tracker as soon as I post this.
I also scrapbooked a little bit yesterday, and I also read. I love doing both! :)
I got a decent amount of sleep, and I'm ready to face today!
