It's a good day!!!

You know, I can see that it's going to become harder to come up with a blog entry title every day! Any suggestions about that??? :)

I did a LOT of things right yesterday!!! I got a GREAT night's sleep (thanks to a muscle relaxer- gotta love those back spasms!)! I stayed under my calorie range- yay, me!!! I kept up most of my streaks!

I also got to read yesterday. I wish we burned major calories for reading- I'd be a size 2, no problem! LOL

I always have several books going at once. I have no idea why, but I do. Right now, I'm reading "HP and Prisoner of Azkaban" for the umpteenth time- I just LOVE that book!!! I love ALL of those books!

I'm also reading "Pivot- How one turn in attitude can lead to success". This is by Dr. Alan Zimmerman. I HIGHLY recommend this book to ANYONE!!! I *adore* Dr. Zimmerman! I've been lucky enough to actually hear him speak in person, and I have quite a few of his books and CD's. The empowerment behind his words is just incredible. If you read this book, please let me know what you think of it!

I ordered a book that came in the mail yesterday. It's called "The Life Organizer- A Woman's Guide to a Mindful Year", by Jennifer Louden. It is AMAZING! I only just started it yesterday, but WOW! I'm already feeling a difference in myself! It's an interactive book, which I love! I can't wait to get started with it!

The sun is shining, it's a glorious day, and I am filled with Love and Gratitude for my life and all the blessings that fill it!

    It sounds like you're pretty happy even if you're not exercising enough so you must be doing something right.

    Maybe you could get yourself a stationary bike or one of those bike stands that turns a regular bike into a stationary bike. Then you could keep on reading while your legs got a workout and your cardiovascular system got a half-workout.

    I try to use the reading-is-a-reward-after-exercisin
    g method, but I admit the plan only works occasionally now. It was great for a while.

    I'm with you on the H.P. books. I have to read them all through before every new HP movie comes out. Do you have the H.P. DVD's? You could use them as workout videos, do aerobics while watching. I do that a lot - not just with H.P. videos of course. I get 2-3 DVD's from the public library every week.
