First official day back

Long day - weighed in super early at 4:30 at 130 pounds - know full well that may be a little high (drinking Saturday night, soy sauce last night, super early weigh in, long flight yesterday all usually mean I'm up a few pounds). Yikes though. Had 6:30 am flight so didn't work out (super unusual but today I value sleep more). Ate 1170 calories, 8 glasses of water, no alcohal. All in all a day I'm proud of. I want to get back to 125. I can do it.
