Day 19: Who needs wet noodles?

With all the talk of wet noodles, guess what happened? Yep. I went and made pasta. And sauce. With a LOT of veggies in it. And I ate it.
No, I did NOT overeat - one cup of pasta, one cup of the veggie-rich sauce. Yumm.
And there's plenty left to take with me for lunches tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday - yep, another 3-day, all-day seminar coming up. I just hope I can squeeze in my 2 remaining workouts for this challenge. Why would I sign up for seminars when I'm on a challenge? Go figure! I must be a glutton for punishment. :)
Gym? I did a mild workout on the rowing machine, and took a walk this evening. Really not much. After all, today was supposed to be a rest day!
How do I feel about cardio for 60 minutes 5 times a week? I feel that may be overdoing it. :) So, once the challenge is over, I'll be back to 30 minutes a day of cardio 5 days a week. And weights twice a week for each "area" - chest/back, arms/shoulders and legs. With ab work pretty much 6 days a week.
But the challenge has been fun in that it's proven again that it's not so much how much I exercise as what I stick in my mouth that reflects on my body. :)
Still learning, still learning. :)
My websites are coming along swimmingly - and I've only put in about half a day on them today! Happy happy, joy joy. Or something like that. :)
