Day 20: BUSY

I was going to skip my cardio this morning. Just did my core ab work and got ready for the seminar. Then I wound up WALKING 2 miles, plus another two running errands before the seminar started. And had to walk another 40 minutes or so at the "lunch break". :) Oh well, it was cardio day today, so I'm glad I managed to squeeze it in with "no extra time" spent doing cardio in the gym.

And the seminar went laaaate - they let us out at 11:30 p.m. - yes, almost midnight. Fun, though - if you get a chance to attend a "Millionaire Mind Intensive" seminar, do it!

Lunch was good (pasta and sauce from yesterday), and I packed enough snacks, and stayed ok with the water - 8 cups - not bad for a seminar day, but way less than normal. Dinner? NOT good - I hadn't expected to have to squeeze in dinner at the seminar. Burger and onion rings. Oh well, still within calories. I'll survive.

So tomorrow. Another long seminar day - will have to try to wake up early and do the strength training.
