Day 21: End of challenge!!!

Okay, it's time ... almost midnight, I mean. :)

The challenge officially ends today. Just a question left to answer tomorrow. :) Hmmm. I think I may be able to manage that.

So today - 8 am to just about 11:20 pm was seminar, seminar, lunch, seminar, seminar, dinner, MORE seminar!

Sad to say, I needed my sleep - and still only got about 4 hours (I wanted to read more than I needed to sleep!) - didn't make it to the gym this morning - barely made it to the seminar on time.

So, for the first time in the whole challenge, I had an unscheduled rest day! I guess things happen. BLAH. Too bad this happened on the last day of the challenge, though.

Still tired - tomorrow will be another gym rest day, but is also another dawn to dinner day at the Millionaire Mind Intensive seminar I'm in. It's tons and tons of fun, and I'm learning things I may wind up applying to the whole weight-loss journey as well, since what I've been doing so far isn't working for me that well! :)

But that's another story for another day. Now I have to go round up a few extra SP points for the day! :)

    Part of balance is sleep - a huge part of weight loss is sleep - your body can't function 100% without sleep - wonder why you are tired - could be BECAUSE YOU AREN'T SLEEPING - so therefore no BALANCE and isn't this what it is all about (however, I must admit sleep is eluding me but for a different reason so no excuse for you) - if you choose reading over sleep next time a butt kick is definitely called for and will be executed - and that is a promise I intend to keep - Todd

    talk about staying on track!! My hat is off to you !! As far as the computers go my daughter drove down and we packed them in the back .. Not sure what suit cases they will be leaving behind hehehehe .. Two of the computers are laptops so not so hard to fit but the 3rd one is a desk top that my grandson can put in his room for school work. I shall miss them all.. But last two days with them here I didn't spend much time on logging. :( Well keep up the good work, and I will catch ya later.. Have a great day on Sunday..
