Weekly Motivational Goals:

Week one - Read Mind Over Body and Complete Steps 1-5.

Week two - Read Mind Over Body and Complete Steps 6-10.

Week three - Read Seeing is Achieving.

Week four - Complete “A Vision Collage”, In My Tools, go to My Spark Points. Scroll down to the second section -“One Time Challenges” Click on info for “Create a Vision Collage” Let’s put some thought into this and make it meaningful, Then if you want, take a picture of it and post it on your Spark Page!

    I'm reading "I CAN MAKE YOU THIN" by PAUL MCKENNA and listening to his hypnosis CD every day. He has a TV show in England and there are clips about him on YouTube. Anything to win this battle! emoticon emoticon
