Discouraged but Brushing Off and Taking a Breath

Friday, August 08, 2008

I have had a set back, probably because I wasen't listening to my body. Yesterday while getting my daughters booster shots for school, my legs gave out and I fell right in the clinic! Today my right leg is completely useless and bruised. I am embarrassed! But I got back up and was there for my babies while they got their shots. When they go to school emoticon I will have more time to work on listening to my body and working on what is best for me. I might only ever be able to do yoga. I love yoga. I am very good at it and it is very relaxing for me. I may just have to do that and walking, then try running when I've lost a bit of weight. Thats it for today. I am so tired and in too much pain to go any further really. emoticon to you all

Don't give up your doing great. My ms started when my kids were small. That was 27 years ago! I have numbness and tingling in hands and feet but am still working and enjoying my granddaughters. emoticon

Atta girl! Now you are going to make the right choices. Have you thought about using a cane for days like this? Sometimes we need appliances to help us do the little everyday things that we used to take for granted. You don't want any broken bone on top of what you are already experiencing. Stay as cool as you can. It's a must.

I made a mistake and I didn't read your page first. When you feel better from this attack, try using the yoga.

Keep in touch. I am praying and for you. And please take care of yourself. It's important for you and your little babes. Don't wait for school to start. Let your family and friends know what you need.

I don't have babes, so I don't know but maybe a friend could take them for the afternoon so you could rest.

    emoticon EG;)
