3rd day

I almost put off doing my Wii Fit until too late today. But I did it! Yea me. It is just the 3rd day and I know from past experience that the first 3 days of a diet are usually the worst. So far, I've done really well. I am enjoying the food that I'm eating. I do not feel deprived and I love the Wii fit. I just have to watch out for that laziness to pop in and say, "I don't really wanna do this today." It's like inertia, that old body at rest thing. I just need to get up and do it, once I'm up, it's cool. I am also aware that my body is changing and I need to be mindful of fatigue and changes and not be too hard on myself.
