Don't ya just love em! Fridays are cool.
I'm feelin really good today, got a good sleep, got up and worked out, had breakfast and then was able to do a few things in the house. Sleep is a wonderful thing.

I'm not loosing weight, but I'm ok with it atm. I am doing my 3 spark start goals and that is good. I know that next week I will bump it up a notch as I move to the second level and I can't help but feel the weight will start to slide off. I do take Sunday's off from exercise. I think it is good to let yourself rest at least once a week. I mean even God did it and saw that it was good. I am starting to feel my muscles again and am very happy about it.
