This is usually a calorie killer for me. But I am planning ahead today.
As soon as I get to the foundry I am going to take a minute and plan the rest of my meals for the day.
I am thinking soup for lunch with some fruit or maybe for with my husband to the local health store for something fun.
Then dinner, hmmmm, I am not sure when we will be getting home. But I think we can grab a premixed salad and some roasted chicken.
Exercise, will be this evening on the treadmill.
