A good week...

Well, so far I've been doing really good with doing MUCH more cardio then recommended here... doing it every day for usually more then 30 mins... so far I have not even lost my 2 pound per week goal with only one day left ... but... I don't know- I must be gaining muscle from doing strength again (after a small hiatus)...anyways... also it might be getting harder for me... I often hear it is harder for people to lose the last 5, 10, whatever pounds and it was SOOO easy for me when I first started losing weight... so yeah guess I shouldn't have kept expecting it to stay that way... but I am still super motivated so that is good. =) Today Dan and I went to the flea market.. the produce there is SOOO much cheaper then in grocery stores. Onions- 30 cents a piece, kiwis 6 for a dollar, grapefruits a quarter a piece, and we got a HUGE crate of strawberries for 2 dollars (like 6 or 7 big things of them)... so yeah bout to make shortcake and then freeze some for smoothies. That market is open on Tuesdays so I defiantly think I wanna work on going there more often... to save money and also be able to get more fruits and veggies in my diet. Yay. =) They also have lots of organic spices and stuff so that's a plus... We had lunch of a smoked turkey and provolone crepe made with all organic, free range ingrediants and what they used for the crepe was spelt and gluten free... anyways it was delicious and been having a great week. =)

    Thanks guys... I'm in PA in Lancaster county and so is the flea market. Anyways I'm happy to say that today is the week point since I've been here and my goal is two pounds per week and I did actually make that goal... actually .6 more then that so yayy =D
