Yikes!! December is almost half over and I havn't been to active on spark for a while and it's showing :(
I need to come up with some realistic short term goals to get me motivated again.
1. gotta give up the soda for one, I think iv'e gotten myself hooked on Diet Dew again (not a good thing) water, water, water!
2. No more sugar!
3. work out/be active at a minimum 30 minutes a day
4. start tracking food & exercise again
