Day 1 of Boot Camp

O.K., I got my booty up from the bed and did the video in my p.j.'s. I was sitting in the bed and reading how everyone got it done and what they had to say and thought to myself...when are you going to do it? So, it's done, tracked, and I am fired up for Day 2.

I WILL drink at least 72 oz. of water today. I have been slacking in that department. Also, I need to track what I put into my mouth and the time so that I can be aware of my eating habits.

Here's to a healthy day of eating, exercise, and FOOTBALL!

    emoticon for getting out of the bed and completing your 10 minute bootcamp workout. I am with you on that. I had stated I would start my weight loss program on Monday; however, I decided to join the challenge and got started today.

    Did you get the additional 30 minutes of cardio completed? I went to my treadmill today and a part of it was broken. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I had to do a 15 minute cardio dvd (twice) to meet that goal.

    Soror, we did it. emoticon On to Day 2 of the Bootcamp Challenge (Day 5 of 2009).
