Day 2 of Boot Camp

O.K. in order for me to see change, I have to change my habits. I know that you are familar with Stephen R. Covey's "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" or "First Things First"? If not, look into those books immediately!

I endeavor to get more use of the 24 hours that God has blessed me to experience. In order to do so, I will make a prioritzed list of things to do the night before. This is something that I've "wanted" to do for years but never seemed to put into practice. So January 4th marked the commencment of my first "nightly" to-do list!

I am on maternity leave until February 20th and I don't want to go back to working looking "post-pregnant". I will be 190...43 lbs. gone since giving birth to Amaiya. I will look as good as I felt in this pic.

Here's what my day looks like:

So far, I'veaccomplished the following...
~Wrote in my personal journal while listening to Shekinah Glory Ministries
~Prayed
~Read Matthew Chapters 15 and 16
Now I have to do the following before the day is over:
~Day 2 of Boot Camp (purchased my stability ball yesterday, $10 at Walmart) 7 minutes
~Wii Fit Body Test and Training Minutes? I am addicted :)
~WATP DVD (4 Really BIG Miles) 60 minutes
~@ least 10-15 minutes of jump roping
~Order 30 Day Shred from Amazon
~Finish Ed.D. homework from Weeks 5, 8, 9, and 10.
~Call RSD
~Pay some bills.

SO NEEDLESS TO SAY..."I GOT WORK TO DO!"
