Day 3 of Boot Camp

Oh my! My aching legs/arms/butt...etc!

The Boot Camp is definitely what I needed to start my "fit for life" journey.
If you have not considered making this move...consider it and join! I have thoroughly enjoyed changing gears and focusing on some strengthening of my body. My "lounging" flannel pants are already slacking in the legs...which have been my biggest problem area in the past...Notice I said...in the past. I have been working out diligently since December 23rd without missing a beat! I am very proud of my accomplishments and look forward to a "TRIM-KIM"!

I ordered my December Reward "30 Day Shred"...looking forward to switching it up a bit...some muscle confusion eh?

    Hey girl, I feel ya on Day 3. I am about to do Day 4. It's tough when we are doing the exercises, but worth it!!!

    Great Job! You'll love the Shred...it's REALLY tough, but it's a great workout. I just moved to the Level 2 workout - so many people said they thought level 2 was harder - I didn't feel like it was. Honestly, I think I got my heart rate up more on Level 1. Anyway...you'll have to let me know what you think!
