Day 4 of Boot Camp

Thursday, January 08, 2009

OK...so I'm posting BEFORE I do the video...
I decided to get my cardio in during the A.M. and do the videos in the P.M. since they're shorter in length and I won't feel this big burden of having to do a 30 minute segment in the evening...with this schedule...I may even get more cardio in at night before bed...let's see...the day would look a lil something like this...

A.M. 60-82 minutes of WATP (4 Really Big Miles or 5 Day Slim Down)
and/or treadmill walking/jogging intervals (3.7-4.2 mph)
30 Day Shred is on the way...don't want to get too comfortable with the same videos....
P.M. Boot Camp Video (1-2 videos)

Check this out...
I had a small bowl of spaghetti before my mid-day mile of WATP. (Arm Sculpting Mile)
I had a salad from Wendy's (Chicken BLT)
After Bible Study--a White Chocolate Mocha from the Cafe' (They serve Starbucks!)

All before 8:00 p.m though...trying to cut off eating between 7-8. Getting ready to do the remaining 15 minutes of cardio and my Day 4 Boot Camp "Core" video...

Tomorrow is the day that I begin going to my mom's apartment to workout in their state-of-the art FREE with the rent, (if you feel me) gym! I will take pics tomorrow to show you what I'm talking about...so no 24 Hour Fitness membership w/a personal trainer until I can commit to working at my mom's gym from now until February 19th (the day before my maternity leave ends :(

Here's to a successful Thursday!

Your mom got it good. I wish I had a free gym membership with my rent. It don't even have to be on site!! LOL Girl you can do it and you will commit!!!!! Then you can join a gym that is closer to you!!! Do what you can, I believe (and you can disagree if you want) that your workouts should fit into your schedule. That's it!! Not your schedule going around your workouts!! I also got the Shred, I think you will like it.
