Cathe's STS program....

Ok...so I preordered this program about a year ago...figuring I would work up to this...but as things happened my downhill slide continued...so now I have this program, and I decided, why wait to do it? I am going to start it now and hopefully when I finish in 3 months, I will see some improvements in my body shape, as well as my strength...

I started the program yesterday...so my begining stats are as follows...

Weight 191.6 pounds
Waist 37 1/2 inches
Hips 44 inches
Bust 42 inches
Upper arm 11 3/4 inches
thigh 25 1/2 inches
calf 16 1/2 inches
neck 15 inches
