Update on Goals

Just my monthly update on how I am doing with my new years resolutions..So far the breaking it down into monthly smaller goals has been good. I am finding that I am making a habit out of some things and that is what I want..for instance instead of letting the dishes go until I get a sink full, I am actually doing them each night and on the few nights I was too tired, well I couldn't believe how upset I was to get up to those dirty dishes so it didn't happen often.. I am also doing that with the veggies, the water, and the exercise. Am still working on getting rid of my junk and that is going a little slower than I would like, but it too is becoming a habit in some rooms already so I cannot complain there either.
What with being sick so much this winter things have not progressed as much as I wanted but they are still progressing so I am pleased.
I really feel that just being more aware of what I am eating, when I am eating it, and whether or not I really want it is amazing to me. I did not realize how much mindless eating I was actually doing. The weight is slow to come off, but it is going down and not up so I am at least headed in the right direction.
