This will be a short blog. This morning was kind of bitter sweet. I was working late and was only able to get around 4 hrs sleep last night. Not Good. I also forgot to eat until I ate a sandwich at around 11pm. Not Good. Due to the lack of sleep, I was also unable to make it to the gym....Not GOOD!!! But the one plus was that I did move forward and have my weigh in. I have lost another 3.5lbs today. It was great to have that reassurance that the process is working. I am not losing the 8-10lbs a week as I have with diets, so I am having with my progression thus far. This continues to be self-motivating for me and I look forward to seeing the results down the line. Good Luck in your weight loss

    emoticon with your weight loss so far! Slow is better when it comes to weight loss - anyway, I always see SP as a change of our lifestyles & habits for the better ... and in the long run that's going to be the way to stay healthy, fit, and at a healthy weight.
