Over doing it

I had a C-Section 6 weeks ago and am not giving myself any mercy. I am exercising at least 5 days a week, which is probably okay it is just the intensity of my workouts that are causing me problems. I need to calm down realize I just had some pretty major surgery and ease into physical activity again. weight loss is a project, it will not just happen over night! I need to live with that.
