Looking for a better tomorrow

Other than a few eating mistakes, I thought that I had a great week. I have met my goals almost everyday. I have been working out extremely hard in the gym and I have had a positive attitude. I was off today....So I got up and went to the gym. I was there for around 2 hours and thought I had a very good workout...All this was leading to the anticipation of my normal Friday weigh in. I was excited and wanted to know just how much weight I had lost. After coming home and taking a shower, I jumped on the scale to find that my weight had not moved. I didnt lose any weight. I do not really understand it, and of course I was down for a second......and I will probably think about it majority of the day trying to find out where I went wrong.......but i wiill not allow this to stop me. I will use it as motivation and look forward to a more satisfying weigh-in next Friday. So not that I am not upset about today's weigh-in, but I am looking forward to a better tomorrow....

    Don't let the scale get you down. I hit a wall my third week of dieting and didn't lose a pound for two weeks. I did lose inches. If you haven't taken measurements do so. I measured my neck,chest, arms, waist, and thighs. When i get down about not losing much weight one week, I measure myself and I usually see progress. Keep working hard!
