Weigh-In Day..........Again!!

I try my best to weigh in every friday. Unfortunately, the last few weeks I have not gotten the results I had hoped to get. I knew that I was eating a lot better and i was hitting the gym, but the weight was not coming off. I thought long and hard and realized that I was lifting too many weights and while I was, in fact, losing fat, I was still gaining muscle. Prior to this week, I would do 30 minutes of cardio, then i would lift weights targeting two body parts each day. This week do to the lack of weight loss on the scale, I have decided to up my cardio and only left two each week. This change brought a positive return as I lost just over 3lbs this week. Hopefully by next week, I wll be out of the 290s for good. I am still staying the course and keeping my long term goals in sight. Im hoping you are doing the same.

    emoticon i too had to reevaluate what i was doing an now seeing results wish you best of luck on your journey and never give up and keep on pushing yourself to the limit but not too much though emoticon or ya mite hurt yourself like i almost did just kept on pushing it and not giving the body enough time to rest. Hopefully i havent lost my momentum. Working out with the hubby tonite very excited seeing as though this only happens twice a week but look forward to working out with my bestfriend and the whole wide emoticon . you take care and have a marvelous monday.

    So that's were my 3 lb weight loss went . . . with your scale! Just kidding. Congratulations on accessing the issue, changing up and gaining results! Keep up the great work. You'll be celebrating being out of the 290's in no time! emoticon emoticon
