I am trying to do this. I joined over a year and a half ago.. or just about. Lost the first 20 lbs pretty well... then stopped. I have maintained this for over a year now... and just very frustrated... but I know that to maintain is huge... but I have a goal to get to 175 before I buy any new clothes... and I want new summer clothes. HOped for a new swim suite for out trip to the water park, but that is in a few weeks, so lets plan for our vacation the end of July.... I have my 3 month follow up just before that.. so hope to have good news there also.
I am going to the Y almost every day, sometimes 2 times a day.. not seeing any progress in weight or inches, but I am seeing progress in the amount of weight I can lift, how long I can go on the machines, and that my balance is better, I know all that counts, but then I sit down, and have this shelf in front of me, that pisses me off... It will come, (or go) I know it will. I do know I can maintain what ever I do, so that is a good thing.
