**The Challenge: Establish one goal you would like to accomplish by the end of the challenge. This goal should be lifestyle and fitness related, NOT a certain amount of weight you would like to lose. After identifying a goal, think of two things you can start NOW to make your goal an achievement.**
I would like to be more consistent with my exercise. It seems like I will be at the gym everyday, feeling great, and then bam, something will happen like I will get sick or the kids will get sick or I am working too much leaving no time for the gym, etc... and I will slack off for a month or so and then slowly I will pick it up again. This has been a vicious cycle for about 6 months now.
My goal for this summer is to come up with a good workout schedule and actually stick to it for the entire summer and log my results in my fitness tracker!
Sundays - Wednesdays are usually the best days for me to work out. My goal is to work out at least 4 days per week for the whole summer. I will just keep thinking of how great I will feel after 14 weeks of working out, I will be unstoppable!
